Notes:
• Heating, electricity and gas are included in the rental price.
• Special reductions of up to 50% are available to friends and family of the owners.
• At full occupancy the standard rate works out at less than £6 per person per night.
• There is a minimum rental charge of £100 plus the cleaning charge regardless of the number of nights / cost per night.
